Sheeps produce wool pallets. One wool pallet has four "wool bags". Sheep barn (large) has a very large spawning area (warning trigger stripes) for wool pallets, you'd be pretty lazy to pick them up if you ran out of space in that area.
Wool is a product that can be either sold directly in selling points or used in production chains buildings.
